GoToMeeting™ | How It Works
GoToMeeting Corporate™ is a complete enterprise solution that provides businesses with greater access to online meetings. It enables administrators to easily distribute the solution in minutes and allows them to centrally administer all meeting organizer accounts.

1. Invite Users
Administrators invite employees to be meeting organizers by entering their email addresses in the online Administration Center, which then sends the employees an email with an activation link.

2. Easy Setup
New meeting organizers click the email activation link and follow instructions to complete the GoToMeeting™ automatic software download in minutes. Because the software is easy to use, no training is required.

3. Administration
GoTo
Meeting Corporate™ administrators can enable and suspend users and edit their status at any time via the online Administration Center. They can also create reports to predict costs, determine ROI and track individual organizer usage.
