For our first-time clients we have developed a unique 12-month selling program: the SELLactive Customer Acquisition Program®.
This program covers a number of 5 consecutive phases.
In general, the SELLactive Customer Acquisition Program® is set up as follows:
Phase 1: Positioning & Prospecting.
Duration: approx. 2 weeks
Phase 2: Live Test.
Duration: approx. 10 weeks
Phase 3: Go/No-Go Decision.
Phase 4: Acquisition Time!
Duration: approx. 9 months
Phase 5: End of 1st year Customer Acquisition Program.
SELLactive will present to client a final report on ROI, opty’s won/lost. This report will also contain a qualification on each prospect reached and information on DMU’s.
At this time, client could decide to enroll in a 2nd year Customer Program. Depending on our client’s objectives, this program could focus on acquisition again, or on retaining the customers that have been acquired during the 1st year Customer Acquisition Program, or a mix of both.
Furthermore, once client’s footprint in the Netherlands has increased considerably, SELLactive could act as an intermediate to get client in contact with specialised agents, distributors or system integrators in Europe.
Total timeframe / term of contract is set to 12 months.
